专利摘要:
The cleaning means employs a nozzle on one side of the picking mechanism which directs a stream of air over the weft yarn in a direction opposite the picking direction to pass through the picking station as well as a funnel on the opposite side of the picking mechanism to receive and exhaust the air with any entrained foreign matter from the picking station.

专利说明:

The invention relates to textile engineering and concerns a pneumatic cleaning device for a weaving yarn of a weaving machine with power supply by a weaving thread from a fixed reel. Closest to the proposed technical essence and achievable result is a weaving machine with a weft thread from a stationary reel, containing a zobovobrazuyuyu, batany mechanisms, a mechanism for laying a weft yarn, including a plotter with a grip for the thread and means for its supply and braking , and a pneumatic adapter, the injection nozzle of which is located at the beginning of the plotter’s movement trajectory. The pneumatic cleaning device is installed so that the air flow is directed perpendicularly to the direction moved rapier. However, the pneumatic cleaning device can clean the rapier weeds and weft thread, and other machine mechanisms that feed the rapier and weft thread are not cleaned, which reduces reliability. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of work by increasing the cleaning efficiency. This goal is achieved by the fact that on a weaving machine with weft feed from a stationary reel containing a shedding, batan mechanism, a daily thread laying mechanism, including a plotter with a yoke grip, and means for feeding and braking, and a pneumatic cleaning device that doesn’t the nozzle of which is located at the beginning of the plotter’s movement trajectory, the forcing nozzle is located behind the means for supplying the plotter in the direction of the latter’s movement, and the axis of the nozzle in at least one area ovpa gives a movement trajectory Rapporteur with proc. In this case, the pneumatic cleaning device has a suction nozzle placed in front of the means for supplying the plotter in the direction of its movement, and the axis of the nozzle in at least one area coincides with the path of the plotter. Figure 1 shows the left part of a weaving machine with a cleaning device; ng (Fig. 2 shows the installation of the injection and suction nozzles; fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the design of the injection and suction nozzles; A weaving machine with weft feed with a fixed reel contains a shedding mechanism, a batten (not shown) and weft laying mechanism 1 yarn 2, consisting of a plotter half carrier 3 with a weft yarn gripper and a braking means (not shown). A plotter supplying means 3 is interposed by guiding elements 5 for a weft yarn 2 mounted with interchangeability It is located on the feed path of the weft yarn 2. The mechanism 1 for laying the weft also includes the edge-forming means b located adjacent to and under the edge (Fig. 2). The pneumatic cleaning device includes an injection nozzle 8 located after ° 3 supplying the plotter 4 at the beginning of its movement path, wherein the axis of the nozzle 8 and at least in one section coincides with the path of movement of the plotter 4, and the outlet of the nozzle 8 is directed towards the supplying means 3 of the plotter 4, i.e. the nozzle is positioned so that the direction 9 of the generated air flow is opposite to the direction 10 of movement of the plotter 4. Vsasy-. The air nozzle I is placed in front of the supply 3 of the plotter 4 (the direction of movement of the latter, the nozzle axis at least in one section coincides with the path of the plotter 4. The nozzle 11 is connected to the exhaust pipe 12, the discharge nozzle 8 and the suction nozzle 11 can be located both above and under the weft thread (Fig. 2). The pneumatic cleaning device can be designed in such a way that the injection nozzle 8 has the shape of a cylinder with holes 13, the KOTOpofo axis is located on the moving line Nozzle 2. The suction nozzle 11 also has the shape of a cylinder mounted to a coaxially injecting nozzle 8. The weft thread is cleaned as follows. The injection nozzle 8 creates air flow that can blow the conveyor means 3 and 4 located between the injection nozzle 8. and the suction nozzle 11. The plotter 4, capturing the weft thread 2, moves in a direction 10 opposite to the direction 9 of the air flow, while the movement path of the plotter 4 with the weft thread is ALMOST walks LR center airflow. The air flow from the injection nozzle 8 picks up dust particles,
residues of dressing from the weft yarn and from the blown mechanisms and together with the dust enter the suction nozzle 11, through which all the dust is removed. The injection nozzle 8 can continuously create air flow, and also periodically, for example, only during each installation of the plotter or only during the fifth or tenth installation, as well as in accordance with the time program, for example, every ten seconds one air pulse with a duration in one or three seconds, etc.
The proposed design of a pneumatic cleaning device allows efficient cleaning of the supply means of the plotter and a number of mechanisms arranged with it, which increases reliability.
